 Counter Grapple (Combat)

You’re a skilled wrestler who can quickly turn the tables.
Prerequisites: Improved Combat Maneuver (grapple).
Benefit: As a reaction after a creature successfully uses the grapple combat maneuver against you (but doesn’t pin you), you can attempt a grapple combat maneuver against them with a –2 penalty to the attack roll.
