Three times per day as a standard action, you can use a queller to spray a burst of freezing chemicals in a 15-foot cone that deals 5d8 cold damage to each creature in the area (Reflex DC 15 half) and extinguishes all nonmagical fires in the cone (this ends any burning conditions). Kishalee researchers used similar devices to contain incursions from the Elemental Planes; at the GM’s discretion, other quellers that deal different types of energy damage might exist (though they don’t extinguish fires).
