For 1 minute after you drink this serum, you gain a +2 circumstance on sight-based Perception checks within 30 feet and a +2 circumstance bonus to any skill use that benefits from exceedingly close vision, such as detecting complicated forgeries, performing surgery, or picking a lock. However, you take a –4 circumstance penalty on all sight-based Perception checks at a distance of 30 feet and greater. Additionally, anything further than 60 feet away has concealment from you.
