Hands —; Bulk 1DescriptionWhen activated with a standard action, an emergency surfacer propels you to the surface at a rate of 100 feet per round for 10 rounds. You can release the surfacer at any time to stop your ascent (including at any point during the 100- foot movement per round); stopping this movement doesn’t require an action. An emergency surfacer ceases to function once it reaches the surface and has no effect above water. After use, an emergency surfacer must be recharged for 10 minutes in an atmosphere before it can be used again.
