You eventually become inured to the effect and can concentrate normally, although you’re prone to headaches. You can focus this psychic noise into a damaging burst of mental static that emanates from you. If an opponent within 5 feet hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to deal the listed damage to that attacker. If your opponent’s attack roll is a natural 20, the attacker also gains the shaken condition for 1 round. This is a mind-affecting effect.
