Vibration Bomb

This grenade emits high frequency pressure waves designed to resonate with equipment. Each creature in the area must succeed at a Reflex save for each item they are holding or drop it. Higher level versions of the grenade also deal damage; creatures can attempt a normal Reflex save to take half damage.
